Monday to Friday 12th August- 16th August | 10am – 2pm

Maya Torres is a young actor and writer from Newcastle. She has worked in theatres across the North East (and beyond) and can also be seen on screen in the BAFTA winning mini-series ‘How To Be a Person’ as well as the BAFTA nominated feature ‘Blue Jean’. Early this year she began a Choir, as part of the LASSES shows, which was for women and non-binary people looking for a place to sing their hearts out ! They’ve performed multiple times and continue to grow, even starting to write their own music. Having gone to CSTC herself, Maya can’t wait to make music with faces new and old.
