IT’S THE BEST DAY EVER!

Our Showcase will be taking place on Saturday 16th May!

The children arrive at the theatre (The Miller Theatre, Jesmond) at approx. 10.30am. We rehearse throughout the building using practice rooms, dance studios etc before taking part in a technical/dress rehearsal on stage. We have microphones fitted, we have costumes fitted, we watch each other in the auditorium AND on the TVs placed around the rehearsal spaces. Then after lots of breaks and excitement we perform to you in the theatre! We have a professional lighting team, a programme and a technical crew to make this a fun, professional and theatrical experience for all the children.

WE’RE EXCITED!!!

Each child will perform in a dance piece, drama piece and singing piece meaning they will need 3 costumes. We ask parents for £25 to put toward the costs of these costumes, the hire of a lighting and sound company, staffing etc. Tickets and programmes are available to purchase withing the next week so keep an eye out or that link!
