Please note | we can take children who are 4yrs of age but only for 4hrs per day as per Ofsted guidelines. There is a 30% reduction in the weekly cost. The 4 hours can be any to suit you.

ACTIVITY WEEK

This is a fun packed Baking Activity week. Each day the children Bake two items to bring home for the family to enjoy. All ingredients and equipment are included.

Venue & Opening Times:
Holy Trinity Chuch Hall, Churchill Gardens, Jesmond, NE2 1HB. Doors open at 8.30am and last pick up is 5.30pm included in the set price. We do offer wrap around care for a small extra charge.

Daily program:
Main activities start at 10am and wind up at 4pm. The first hour and a half is free supervised time and the same at the end of the day.

Food and drink:
We ask that you provide a packed lunch for your child as well as snacks for throughout the day (we tend to have 2 short breaks each day as well as lunch). Please provide sufficient drinks for your child. A water bottle is very handy as the children can fill up throughout the day.

Allergies or requirements:
Please let us know if your child has any allergies or any other special requirements that we should be made aware of. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence. IMPORTANT – if your son/daughter requires any medication PLEASE bring it – eg Epi Pen, Asthma inhaler etc
Please DO NOT give your child nuts or nut based products due to other children’s nut allergies – this includes Nutella!

Valuables:
We CANNOT accept responsibility for loss or damage for any personal items, eg, iPods, tablets etc. It is fine for them to bring these things, but we cannot be responsible.

Phone Policy:
If you child is older and has a mobile phone we will require you to sign and complete our phone policy form. This is available on site.

Clothing:
Please ensure that your child wears clothes that he/she feels most comfortable in, that they can move in easily. As we learn dances throughout the day, suitable footwear is required and long hair should be tied up.

Photos and Videos:
We would like to take photographs and videos of the Holiday Weeks for our website and potentially promotional material. Please let one of the team know if you would prefer your child not to be photographed.

Please let us know of any changes to mobile numbers or email addresses asap so that we know we can get hold of you easily if needs be. Please also let us know if someone other than yourself and/or the child’s parents will be dropping off/picking up each day, any unauthorised person/persons will not be permitted to pick up your child.
